Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Social Point of View LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Six Sigma AI Labs (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Six Sigma AI Labs Membership (the "Membership"), the sixsigmaailabs.com website, and related services (together, the "Service"). "You" and "your" mean the person who visits the website, joins the Membership, or contacts us. Terms such as Library, Workspace, Feedback Log, Member ID, and Your Content have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
This Policy applies when you (a) visit our website; (b) register for or join any of our calls, including the daily support call, an open call where anyone can watch our system work before becoming a member (an "Open Call"), or a group call we record; (c) join the Membership, including as an unpaid tester in a beta; or (d) otherwise communicate with us. A person admitted to a beta at no charge is a member for every purpose of this Policy. The Terms of Service incorporate this Policy by reference. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Service.
1. Summary in Plain Language
This summary is here to help. The full text below controls if the two ever differ.
- The Membership is a set of files and instructions you run inside your own Claude account, which you buy from Anthropic. There is no app or login. The product files report nothing about how you use them. Your AI writes a Feedback Log you can read, and we read it each day.
- We never see your Claude conversations or the files on your own computer, and we have no access to your other systems.
- We hold your contact details, a record of your acceptance of our Terms, your Member ID, your Feedback Log, the four counts behind the money-back guarantee, a record of the daily calls you joined, and two Google shared drives we create for you, your Library and your Workspace. Stripe holds your card details. If you register for an Open Call, we hold the name and email you register with, whether or not you become a member.
- We record the daily support call, Open Calls and group calls. You are told at the start of each call, and if you object, we stop recording. Before we delete the recording and transcript, within thirty (30) days, we write a short learning record with your name, your business name and anything that identifies you removed. We keep those learning records to improve the Membership and never try to connect one back to you.
- Only the founder and one named support delegate can open your Workspace, and only for setup, support you ask for, reading your Feedback Log, reading the MY RULES rows of your My Setup Answers file, reading the four guarantee counts on your Proof Dashboard, and checking your testimonial folder as the Terms describe.
- We use service providers such as Google, Stripe, Zoom, Anthropic, SendGrid, Netlify, and the member community platform. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- When your membership ends, your access ends, and we delete both drives thirty (30) days later. Copy your own work out first.
- You can ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information by writing to support@sixsigmaailabs.com.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Give Us
- Contact and account details: your first and last name, email address, business name, the edition you join (Independent Contractors or Small Business Owners), and the Google account email you give us so we can share your Library and Workspace with you.
- Checkout record: the time of your checkout, your acceptance of our Terms and the choices you made at checkout, as Stripe, our payment processor, records them, and a dated copy of the offer page as it read that day.
- Payment information: our payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes your card details. We receive only confirmation of the transaction, the last four digits of the card, and your billing postal code. We never store full card numbers. Testers in a beta pay nothing, so no payment information is collected from them.
- Communications: emails you send us, support requests, feedback, and our replies.
- Call registration: if you register for an Open Call, your first and last name and the email address you enter on the registration form, which Zoom collects and shares with us. You do not need to be a member to register.
- Testimonials and media: if you are on the Founder Price, the short video testimonials you upload to the Testimonial Videos folder in your Workspace, and, where you give the separate consent at checkout, photos and recordings from Company calls and events, as Section 4A of the Terms of Service describes.
- Posts in the member community: what you post on the member community platform.
2.2 Information From Recorded Calls
We record the daily support call, Open Calls and group calls on Zoom. You are told the call is recorded at the start of the call. Continuing with the call is your consent to the recording. If you object, we stop recording.
A recorded call produces a recording and a transcript, which hold what you say about yourself and your business. Recordings and transcripts are held in Zoom and the Company Google Workspace only until they are deleted, no later than thirty (30) days after the call. For the daily support call we also keep the Zoom participant report, which shows the email address you registered with and when you joined and left, so a call you joined counts toward the money-back guarantee. From it we keep the date and the minutes, matched to your Member ID. For an Open Call we keep the registration list and the Zoom participant report, which show your name, the email address you registered with and when you joined and left, so we know who attended and can follow up with you. If you are a member, an Open Call you joined for at least ten (10) minutes counts toward the money-back guarantee, the same as the daily support call.
Before a recording and transcript are deleted, we write a short learning record of what we learned from the call, with your name, your business name, and anything that identifies you removed. We keep learning records indefinitely and use them to improve the product, our support, the customer experience and the member journey. We never try to connect a learning record back to you. Exact words may be kept in a learning record only when they identify no one. What a member says on a group call is heard by the other members on it.
2.3 Information From Your Workspace
Your own AI writes a Feedback Log file, and dated run files, into your Workspace. A daily automated Company process reads four things in your Workspace, so you never have to send anything. It reads (1) the Feedback Log and dated run files your AI writes, such as which steps ran, which did not, and what your AI reported; (2) the rows under MY RULES at the end of your My Setup Answers file, which it copies into a company Member Rules Register with your Member ID so a rule can be considered for every member; (3) the Testimonial Videos folder, to confirm a testimonial; and (4) the four guarantee counts on your Proof Dashboard, each one a date, a feature name and a count and never the content of your work, which it copies into a company Member Effort Register with your Member ID so the money-back guarantee can be paid from a record. It reads nothing else in your Workspace, and your AI does not email anything to us. The Company may append a short note to a file named Notes from Jim in your Workspace, and writes nothing else there. Your setup answers stay in your My Setup Answers file as Your Content and are not copied out.
2.4 Information We Assign
We assign you one Member ID in the form SSAL-YYYY-NNNN. It is part of the name of your Workspace and is written on its own line in your My Setup Answers file in your Workspace. Where files are delivered to you as documents, it is also embedded in their document properties, as a property named KitID and in the description field. It is recorded, with your full name, the Membership delivered and the date, in our Delivery Record, as Section 5.3B of the Terms of Service describes.
2.5 Record of Your Acceptance
When you accept our Terms of Service, we keep a record of that acceptance, meaning the time, your email address and Member ID, and the version of the Terms you were shown, as Section 2.4 of the Terms of Service describes.
2.6 Information Collected Automatically on Our Website
Our website is hosted by Netlify. As with any website, our host receives standard request information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy. No payment is taken on the website.
2.7 Information From Third Parties
Stripe tells us whether a payment succeeded, failed, or was refunded, with the limited card details listed in Section 2.1.
3. What We Never Hold
Because of how the Membership is built, we never receive, store, or have access to:
- your conversations with Claude, which take place under your own account;
- the files on your own computer; and
- any access to your email, accounts, or other systems. The Membership does not need any.
We run no servers that you sign in to, and the product files do not record or report how you use them.
4. How We Use Information
- To deliver the Membership: to create your Library and Workspace, assign your Member ID, record your delivery, and give you access for as long as your membership is active.
- To set you up and improve the product: to hold the daily support call, Open Calls and group calls we record. Before a recording and transcript are deleted, within thirty (30) days, we write a de-identified learning record of what we learned, as Section 2.2 describes, such as what you asked for that the product did not yet do, where a step confused you, and the questions you asked. We keep learning records and use them to improve the product, our support, the customer experience and the member journey, and we never try to connect one back to you.
- To support you: to answer your questions, open your Workspace when you ask for help, and resolve problems.
- To hold Open Calls: to send you the call link and reminders, to know who attended, and to follow up with you by email about the Membership. Every follow-up email carries an unsubscribe link.
- To keep our money-back guarantee: to pay a refund from a dated record of the four counts and the calls you joined, and to answer a card dispute with the record of what you agreed to at checkout.
- To improve the Membership: to read your Feedback Log and learn what works and what does not. We may use de-identified and aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you or any person to improve the Service and publish general findings, as Section 4.5 of the Terms of Service allows.
- To process payments: to charge your payment method, issue refunds allowed by the Terms, and resolve billing questions.
- To communicate with you: to send transactional email (receipts, notices, policy updates), renewal reminders and Founder Price testimonial reminders and, where the law allows, onboarding and marketing email, which always carries an unsubscribe link.
- To keep your testimonial and media consents: to confirm your Founder Price testimonial and to use your name, likeness and testimonial only as Section 4A of the Terms of Service and your consent allow.
- To run the member community: to give you access to the member community platform and keep it safe.
- To meet legal duties: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and the safety of others.
Section 8 explains how our own team uses AI tools in this work.
5. How We Share Information
5.1 Service Providers
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the Service. Each receives only what it needs for its task and is bound by its own terms and privacy policy.
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Workspace (Google LLC) | Hosts your Library and Workspace shared drives and Company email, and holds call recordings until they are deleted | Your contact details, Member ID, the files in your drives, recordings and transcripts, and email we exchange |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Your card and billing details, which it collects directly |
| Zoom | Runs the daily support call, Open Calls and group calls we record, and the registration form for Open Calls, and holds recordings until they are deleted | Your name, email, and what is said and shown on the call |
| Anthropic | The Claude account our own team uses (Section 8) | Transcripts of recorded calls, de-identified learning records, Feedback Log content, member rules, and support questions our team works on |
| SendGrid | Delivery of onboarding and marketing email | Your name and email address |
| Netlify | Website hosting | Standard request information from website visits |
| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | Serves the website's typefaces | Standard request information from website visits |
| The member community platform | Hosts the member community | Your name, email, and what you post there |
Posts you make on the member community platform are visible to other members.
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our members, or others.
5.3 Business Transfers
If the Company is part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a policy at least as protective.
5.4 With Your Consent
We may share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.
5.5 What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Your Content and Your Drives
6.1 Ownership. What you put in your Workspace about your own business is Your Content and remains yours, as Section 4 of the Terms of Service provides. The answers you give during your setup are Your Content too; they belong to you, they stay in your My Setup Answers file in your Workspace, and the Company keeps no copy of them (Terms of Service Sections 3.6A and 4.1).
6.2 The Drives. The Company creates your Library and your Workspace as Google shared drives in its own Google Workspace and owns the drives as their administrator. Owning the drives does not make Your Content ours.
6.3 Who Opens Them and Why. Your Workspace is visible to you, the Company's founder, and one named support delegate, and nobody else. We open it only (a) to set it up; (b) to give support you ask for; (c) to read your Feedback Log; (d) to check the Testimonial Videos folder to confirm your Founder Price testimonial; (e) to read the MY RULES rows of your My Setup Answers file through the daily process described in Section 2.3; (f) to append a note to the Notes from Jim file, as Section 4.6 of the Terms of Service describes; and (g) to read the four guarantee counts on your Proof Dashboard through the same daily process.
6.4 When Your Membership Ends. Your access to both drives ends when your membership ends. We delete both drives and everything in them thirty (30) days after cancellation. We do not package or send copies. You are responsible to copy your own work out of your Workspace before your access ends.
7. Claude and Anthropic
7.1 Your Own Account. You use the Membership inside your own Claude account, which you buy from Anthropic directly. What you enter into Claude is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy for your own account. We are not a party to that relationship.
7.2 We Never Receive It. We never see, receive, or store your Claude conversations.
7.3 Anthropic's Terms. We do not control Anthropic and make no promises on its behalf. Read Anthropic's consumer terms at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/consumer-terms and its privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
7.4 Your Responsibility. Do not put into Claude anything you are legally or contractually not allowed to share with a third-party AI provider, as Section 6.6 of the Terms of Service provides.
8. How We Use AI About You
8.1 What We Do. Our team uses Claude in the Company's own account to prepare for your calls, to review transcripts and Feedback Logs as Section 4 describes, and to answer support questions. What we enter into our own Claude account is governed by Anthropic's terms for our account. We do not use your personal information or Your Content to train any AI model, and we do not allow our providers to.
8.2 Sensitive Information. Our team does not put your sensitive personal information, such as health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or information about a protected characteristic, into any AI tool without your consent.
8.3 No Automated Decisions. Our use of AI is advisory. We make no automated decision about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect.
9. Cookies
We set no analytics or marketing cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies that may be set when you use our website or a service we rely on, and your choices.
10. Your Rights and Choices
10.1 Your Rights. You may ask to (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) correct it; (c) delete it; and (d) receive a copy of it in a commonly used format. Your own business work in your Workspace is yours to copy out at any time during your Membership.
10.2 Deletion. We honor deletion requests except for records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, and the Delivery Record, which is the permanent record of what was delivered.
10.3 Recording. If you object to the recording of a call at any point, we stop recording.
10.4 Marketing Email. You may stop marketing email at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. Transactional email continues while you are a member.
10.5 How to Ask. Write to support@sixsigmaailabs.com. We answer within thirty (30) days and may need to confirm your identity first. If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our answer with the word Appeal, and we answer the appeal within thirty (30) days.
10.6 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. We honor a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which we do not do in any case. We do not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You will not be treated differently for using these rights. To use them, write to support@sixsigmaailabs.com. You may use an authorized agent, and we may need to confirm your identity and the agent's authority.
12. Where the Membership Is Offered and Where Your Information Lives
The Membership is available to businesses anywhere our payment processor accepts payment. We do not direct our marketing at residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If you join from there, your information is handled under this Policy, and nothing in it removes a right your home law does not let you waive. Your information is stored and processed in the United States, where our providers run. If you join from outside the United States, you agree to that.
13. Data Retention
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Library and Workspace drives, and everything in them | Deleted thirty (30) days after cancellation |
| Feedback Log | Lives in your Workspace and is deleted with it |
| Your setup answers | Live in your My Setup Answers file in your Workspace and are deleted with it |
| Recordings and transcripts of the daily support call, Open Calls and group calls | Deleted no later than thirty (30) days after the call |
| De-identified learning records | Kept indefinitely; they identify no one |
| Payment records | Seven (7) years, for tax and accounting |
| Contact, account, and support email | While your membership is active, and twelve (12) months after it ends |
| Open Call registration and attendance, if you do not become a member | Twelve (12) months after the last Open Call you registered for. If you become a member, the member rows above apply. |
| Member Rules Register rows | While your membership is active, and twelve (12) months after it ends |
| Delivery Record entry (name, Member ID, date) | Retained permanently as the delivery record |
| Guarantee counts, call attendance record and checkout record | For as long as you are a member and for two (2) years after, so a refund or a card dispute can be answered. |
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
14. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including Google Workspace access controls and two-step verification on every Company account. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
15. Children
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
16. Third-Party Links
The Service links to third-party websites and services, including Anthropic, Google, and Zoom. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before you use them.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will email members about a material change and post it on our website at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. The Last Updated date shows when this Policy last changed.
