Terms of Service

Six Sigma AI Labs | Founding Membership

Version 2.24, Last Updated October 12, 2026

Welcome to Six Sigma AI Labs. These Terms of Service (these "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Subscriber") and Social Point of View LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Six Sigma AI Labs (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Six Sigma AI Labs Membership and any related services, websites, content, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By checking the acceptance box at signup, completing checkout, or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy posted at sixsigmaailabs.com, which are incorporated by reference. Checking the box constitutes your electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and the Arizona Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Membership

1.1 The Membership. The Six Sigma AI Labs Membership is one membership that brings together relationship-first sales guidance, including a daily activity system and training content, and a set of guided kits and instructions covering up to 10 business departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, People and Culture, Community and Partnerships, Legal, Product, and Technology) that run in your own Claude account. Features are released into your Library month by month from the date you join, so what your Membership holds grows over time (Section 3.6A).

1.2 Calls and Community. The Membership includes a daily support call, a monthly group call and quarterly check-ins held as virtual group calls on Zoom, and access to the member community. The current schedule is published in the member guides. The Company also holds in-person live events in select cities from time to time. Schedules and formats may change under Section 10.1.

1.3 Relationship to These Terms. These Terms apply to the whole Membership. Where a provision names a specific part of the Service, it controls for that part only.

2. Eligibility and Account

2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.2 Accurate Information. You agree to give accurate and complete information at signup and to keep it current. You are responsible for the security of your own Claude and Google accounts, and for all activity in your Workspace. Tell us immediately if you learn of unauthorized access to your Library or Workspace.

2.3 Geographic Availability. The Membership is available to businesses anywhere our payment processor accepts payment. Prices are stated in US dollars, and any tax your own country adds is yours. The Company does not direct its marketing at residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Canada. If you join from there, your information is handled under the Privacy Policy and stored in the United States, and nothing in these Terms removes a consumer protection your home law does not let you waive. You are responsible for making sure you can lawfully use Claude and the Membership where you are.

2.4 Acceptance Records. The Company retains a record of your acceptance (timestamp, your email address and Member ID, the version of these Terms presented at signup, your acceptance of these Terms and the choices you made at checkout as Stripe, our payment processor, records them, and a dated copy of the offer page as it read on the day you joined). Updated Terms take effect as set out in Section 10.2.

3. Subscription Plans, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 Current Plan. The Service is offered as a single membership, the Six Sigma AI Labs Membership (the "Membership"), which includes the full Service. The rate is stated at checkout and governed by this Section; the rate below is current as of the Last Updated date.

3.1(a) Founding Membership (Independent Contractors and Small Business Owners alike)

Founder Price: $97 per month for the Membership, the same rate for Independent Contractor Subscribers (network marketers, affiliates, and independent contractors) and Small Business Owner Subscribers. The Founder Price is available to the first 500 founding members and is locked for life as set out in Section 3.2.

No Tiers: there is one Membership and one Founder Price. Testimonial Requirement: The Founder Price requires a short video testimonial about your experience (see Section 4A). The first video is due within thirty (30) days of purchase, and you record an updated video testimonial every quarter to keep the Founder Price (Section 4A.1A).

Your Relationship Sales System: Your Relationship Sales System, the daily relationship building system, is included in the Membership, and the Founder Price applies from signup.

Single Rate: no other membership rate is offered during the founding offer.

3.1(b) Same Price for Both Segments

Small Business Owner Subscribers (owner-run businesses selling primarily locally) join the same Membership at the same Founder Price of $97 per month, on the same terms as Independent Contractor Subscribers.

Setup Fee: a one-time setup fee of $497 applies at signup, waived for founding members.

Onboarding: you join by completing checkout, at which payment is taken and your edition is chosen. There is no interview with a member of our team before you join, and there is no setup call. Your Library and Workspace are made ready for you (Section 3.6A), and setup happens in your own Claude account: when you type Start, your AI takes you through your setup. Anyone who wants help from a person may join the daily support call on Zoom, held Monday through Friday (Section 1.2). The Service runs in your own Claude account, which you purchase directly from Anthropic (see Section 6.5 and Section 8).

3.1(c) Your Edition. The Membership is delivered in the edition that fits your business, Independent Contractors or Small Business Owners, chosen by you at checkout. Both editions are the same Membership, offered at the same Founder Price. One checkout covers one Membership.

3.1(d) Recording of Calls. Any support, group or other call the Company records is held on Zoom, and a transcript is made. You are told the call is recorded at the start of the call. Continuing with the call is your consent to the recording. If you object, the Company stops recording. The Company loads each transcript into its own Claude account, takes from it only what improves the Service and your setup, and does not pull personal details from it into any record beyond your setup. Before a recording and transcript are deleted, the Company writes a short learning record of what it learned from the call, with your name, your business name, and anything that identifies you removed. The Company keeps those learning records, uses them to improve the Service, support and the member journey, and never tries to connect one back to you. Exact words may be kept in a learning record when they identify no one. What a member says on a group call is heard by the other members on it. Recordings and transcripts are held in the meeting service and the Company's Google Workspace only until they are deleted, no later than thirty (30) days after the call. A recording made under this Section is not Media under Section 4A unless you have also given the consent in Section 4A.1.

3.2 Founder Price Lock. The Founder Price is a partnership rate. The Founder Price requires a short video testimonial about your experience. The first video is due within thirty (30) days of purchase, and you record an updated video testimonial every quarter to keep the Founder Price (Section 4A.1A). It is available to the first 500 founding members and is locked for life: your Founder Price stays $97 per month for as long as your membership stays active and the testimonial requirement is met. If you cancel and rejoin later, you join at the standard membership rate, currently $147 per month (the Company may change the standard rate for new members at any time under Section 3.8), unless your Membership was terminated for breach under Section 11.3. After the first 500 founding members, new members join at the standard membership rate, currently $147 per month. Reminders are sent a week before each due date and again on the due date itself, and if no video is received within seven (7) days after the due-date reminder, the Founder Price ends and the membership continues at the standard membership rate, currently $147 per month (Section 4A.1A). A founding seat that is refunded under Section 3.6 still counts toward the first 500. Before the first charge at the standard membership rate, we email you the notice Section 4A.1A describes.

3.3 Onboarding Journey. Upon signup you begin a structured onboarding journey. This is not a free trial; it is the start of the relationship, and the Founder Price in Section 3.1(a) applies from signup.

3.4 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions are month-to-month and renew automatically on the same day each month at your current rate. Once you are an active member, a later price change does not change your rate for the same service; your rate changes only if you cancel and rejoin, or if a Founder Price ends under Section 4A.1A (Section 3.8). You authorize the Company to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. We email you a reminder about three (3) days before each charge, and a receipt after each charge that states how to cancel.

3.5 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the self-service link in any receipt or at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/7sYfZg1y78wjfWKcal7Re00, or by writing to support@sixsigmaailabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund a payment already made; a refund is a separate request under Section 3.6. Outside Section 3.6, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

3.6 Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds. The Company, Social Point of View LLC doing business as Six Sigma AI Labs, makes the money-back guarantee in this Section to every paying member. It has two layers. Every day count in this Section starts on the day of your first successful charge, which is day 1.

3.6(a) Thirty Days, Any Reason. If you ask within thirty (30) days of your first successful charge, we refund that charge in full. You give no reason, we ask no questions, and nothing is checked. Each person may use this layer once.

3.6(b) Ninety Days If You Met the Four Conditions. If you ask after day 30 and on or before day 90, we refund in full every Membership charge taken in those ninety (90) days, which is up to three monthly charges, each at the rate it was charged, if the record shows all four of the following. One, you finished setup: you typed Start and answered the setup interview to the end. Two, you used the system on two days a week: on at least 24 separate days, your system saved work in at least one feature, which writes a dated line to your Proof Dashboard. Each calendar day counts once. Three, you ran Your Weekly Review in at least eight (8) of the twelve (12) weeks. Any day of the week counts, a week runs Monday through Sunday in Arizona time, and one review counts per week. Four, you reached out to us once a month: in each 30-day stretch, days 1 to 30, days 31 to 60 and days 61 to 90, you either joined a daily call for at least ten (10) minutes or told your system to send the team a request, which it writes as a REQUEST line in your Feedback Log. If the record shows all four, the refund is paid. Nobody at the Company decides whether you deserve it, and nothing is prorated. Each person may use this layer once.

3.6(c) If Our System Fails You. A system failure is a fault on our side that stopped your system from working, found by our daily system check. We email you the day we find one. If a system failure happened inside your ninety (90) days, the four conditions are waived and the refund in Section 3.6(b) is paid when you ask.

3.6(d) Cancelling Is Not a Refund. Cancelling under Section 3.5 stops the next charge. It does not refund a payment already made. A refund is a separate request under this Section.

3.6(e) If You Stop Paying, and If You Leave Early. After day 30, the guarantee is for members whose Membership is active on the day they ask, which means the period you last paid for has not ended. If you paid for one month, did not pay for the next and then ask for the first month back, you can do so only inside the first thirty (30) days. Here is an example. You join on March 1 and pay. Your April 1 charge is not paid. On April 10, day 41, you ask for March back. The 30-day layer ended on March 30 and your Membership is no longer active, so no refund is owed. Two things protect you. First, a charge that fails at your bank is not you stopping: we retry it for seven (7) days and tell you first (Section 3.7), your Membership stays active during the retry, and if a retry is still running on day 90, your ninety (90) days wait for it to end. Second, you do not have to stay to day 90. If you ask while your Membership is still active and you kept the pace up to that day, we refund every charge you paid. The pace is the four conditions counted to the day you ask and rounded up: setup finished, 24 days in 90, eight reviews in twelve weeks, and one reach-out in each 30-day stretch. At day 60 that is 16 days, six reviews and two reach-outs. We do not offer a pause.

3.6(f) The Record. We keep a dated record of the four counts by Member ID, date and feature name, and never the content of anything you wrote. Call attendance comes from the Zoom participant report for the email address on your Membership. Your own Proof Dashboard shows you the same four counts at any time, and whether you are on pace or behind on each. If our record is missing or incomplete, the counts on your own Proof Dashboard decide, and a gap in our record is never held against you.

3.6(g) How to Ask and When We Pay. Write to support@sixsigmaailabs.com. We pay every refund under this Section to the original payment method within five (5) business days of your request.

3.6(h) Outside the Guarantee. Outside this Section, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, and we do not refund partial months. If there is a billing error or a service outage, contact support and we will work with you in good faith to fix it. If your Founder Price ends under Section 4A.1A and you cancel within fourteen (14) days after the first charge at the standard membership rate, we refund that charge.

3.6(i) Your Legal Rights. This guarantee adds to the rights the consumer law of your state or country gives you, and it never shortens one. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that law does not let you waive. Section 12.2 means we promise no business result. This Section is a promise about refunds, and the two stand together.

3.6(j) Changes, and Founding Seats. Any change to this guarantee applies only to Memberships that start after the change is posted. If you joined under this guarantee, you keep it. A founding seat that is refunded still counts toward the first 500 in Section 3.2. If your first charge was before October 8, 2026, this guarantee covers you as well. For you, day 1 is October 8, 2026 instead of the day of your first charge, and the thirty-day layer refunds your most recent monthly charge.

3.6A Delivery Through Google Shared Drives. The Membership is delivered through Google shared drives in the Company's Google Workspace, not as downloaded files. The Company creates both drives in its own Google Workspace and owns them as their administrator. Owning the drives does not give the Company ownership of Your Content in them. You receive access to (a) the Company Library ("Library") for your edition, which you can read but not edit and which the Company updates in place, and (b) your own private Workspace, where you and your AI save your work. The Library opens with your first month's features, and more are released into it month by month from the date you join. Access lasts for as long as your membership is active. No downloaded copies of kit files are delivered to you or kept by you. Work you create about your own business, such as your customer list, your financial model and your notes, is yours; you may copy it out of your Workspace at any time, and you should do so before your access ends. The answers you give during your setup belong to you and are kept in your Workspace as part of Your Content (Section 4.1); the Company keeps no copy of them. The Library, the kits, the guides, the playbooks, the setup questions and every feature of the Service remain the Company's property and are licensed to you only while your membership is active. Files your AI builds from a kit, guide or playbook are derived from the Company's materials and are licensed to you for use only while you are a member. When your membership ends for any reason, access to the Library and the Workspace is removed and both leave your devices with it; the Company does not package or send you a copy of anything. Once access ends, the Company will not provide any files, copies or exports on request. This does not limit any right you have under the Privacy Policy or applicable law to receive a copy of the personal information the Company holds about you. This Section 3.6A is in addition to Section 3.6 (Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds).

3.7 Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we tell you by email and retry the charge for seven (7) days. Your access continues during those seven days. If no payment goes through by the end of them, access stops until a payment succeeds, and it is turned back on within 24 hours of one.

3.8 Changes to Pricing. We may change membership pricing at any time without advance notice. A price change applies to new members only. Once you are an active paying member, a later price change does not change your rate for the same service; your rate changes only if you cancel and rejoin, or if a Founder Price ends under Section 4A.1A. Founding members keep their Founder Price for as long as their membership stays active and the testimonial requirement in Section 4A.1A is met.

3.9 Payment Processor. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). Your use of the payment processor is subject to its own terms.

3.10 Seats Given at No Charge. This Section applies to a Subscriber the Company has admitted to the Membership at no charge. For the period of that participation, this Section controls over Section 3.4 (Auto-Renewal), Section 3.7 (Failed Payments), and any other payment term in these Terms that conflicts with it. No Membership fee is due and no payment is collected, so no payment method is charged and no failed payment can end access. Either party may end the participation at any time, for any reason, and without penalty to either side. All of the Company's obligations of care for Your Content apply in full during that period, exactly as they do for a paid Membership. At the end of the period the Subscriber keeps the work they created about their own business and their My Setup Answers file. Both of those live in the Workspace, so the Subscriber must copy them out before access ends; the Company does not package, export, or send a copy of anything (Section 11.4). The license to the Company's materials continues only if the Subscriber converts to a paid Membership. The Subscriber's setup answers belong to the Subscriber and are not part of the Company's materials; the Company keeps no copy of them (Section 3.6A). Section 3.6 (Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds) has nothing to operate on for a seat given at no charge, because no payment is taken for one.

4. Your Content and Data

4.1 Your Content. "Your Content" means the data, materials, text, images and other content about your own business that you or your AI create and keep in your Workspace, such as your customer list, your financial model and your notes. Files your AI builds from the Company's kits, guides or playbooks are licensed to you as set out in Section 3.6A. Your Content includes the answers you give during your setup, which belong to you; the Company keeps no copy of them (Section 3.6A).

4.2 Ownership of Your Content. You retain all right, title, and interest in Your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Your Content to the Company.

4.3 License to Us. You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and process Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the Service. This license is limited by Section 4.6. It does not authorize the Company to open your Workspace outside the circumstances Section 4.6 names, and where this Section and Section 4.6 differ, Section 4.6 governs. Any use of Your Content to improve the Service is limited to the Feedback Log, the MY RULES rows of your My Setup Answers file, the de-identified learning records described in Section 3.1(d), and de-identified and aggregated data under Section 4.5.

4.4 Your Responsibilities. You represent and warrant that Your Content does not (a) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; (b) violate any applicable law; or (c) contain harmful or malicious code.

4.5 De-identified and Aggregated Data. We may use de-identified and aggregated data (that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or any individual) to improve the Service, analyze performance, and publish general findings. This is covered in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

4.6 Your Workspace Is Private. Your Workspace is a private folder in the Company's Google Drive, visible to you, the Company's founder and one named support delegate, and nobody else. The Company opens it only to set it up with you and for a support reason you raise. There are a few exceptions, and this is the full list. Your AI writes a Feedback Log into your Workspace, and the Company reads that file automatically each day, so you never have to send it. The same daily process reads the rows under MY RULES at the end of your My Setup Answers file, so a rule your AI adopts for you can be considered for every member, and it reads nothing else in that file. The Company checks the Testimonial Videos folder to confirm your Founder Price testimonial (Section 4A.1A). The same daily process reads the four guarantee counts on your Proof Dashboard, each one a date, a feature name and a count and never the content of your work, so the money-back guarantee can be paid from a record (Section 3.6(f)). The Company also matches the Zoom participant report for the daily call to the email address on your Membership, to record the calls you joined. The Company may place a short note for you in a file named Notes from Jim in your Workspace, and it writes nothing else there. This is The Promise made at signup, and it is kept. This Section limits the license in Section 4.3 and survives termination under Section 11.4.

4A. Testimonials, Media and Use of Your Name and Likeness

4A.1 How You Give Consent. You give the consents in this Section 4A at checkout, in two separate steps: a box you tick to accept these Terms, and a separate choice you select yourself, never selected for you, consenting to the use of your name, likeness and testimonial under this Section 4A. The money-back guarantee in Section 3.6 is part of these Terms, so accepting them at checkout includes it. No separate form is signed. This Section covers (a) the short video testimonial about your experience that the Founder Price requires (Sections 3.1(a) and 3.2), and (b) photos, video and audio recordings made at Company calls and events, including Zoom group calls and in-person live events, in which you appear or speak (together with the testimonial, "Media").

4A.1A The Founder Price Testimonial. Your first short video testimonial is due within thirty (30) days of purchase. To keep the Founder Price, you record an updated video testimonial every quarter. Rules for the video: say your name and your business name; do not explain your business; share at least one thing the membership did to help you; keep it under 60 seconds. To deliver your video, upload it to the folder named Testimonial Videos in your Workspace, from your phone with the Google Drive app or from your computer. We send you a reminder a week before each due date, and again on the due date itself if no video has been uploaded. If no video is received within seven (7) days after that due-date reminder, the Founder Price ends and the membership continues at the standard membership rate, currently $147 per month. Before the first charge at the standard membership rate, we email you the new rate, the date of that charge and how to cancel. If you cancel within fourteen (14) days after that charge, we refund it (Section 3.6(h)).

4A.2 Permission to Record and Use. You consent to the Company recording the Media. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, caption, display and share the Media, together with your name, image, voice, likeness, business name and the statements you make in it, in the Company's marketing, on the Company's website and on the Company's social media channels, including email and advertising for the Membership. The Company may edit Media for length, clarity and format, but never to change what you meant.

4A.3 No Payment. You receive no payment or other compensation for the Media or for the use of your name and likeness beyond the Founder Price itself.

4A.4 Your Statements. You confirm that what you say in a testimonial is your honest experience, that any results you describe are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share anything you show or say in the Media.

4A.5 Disclosure. The FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) require disclosure of a material connection. Because the Founder Price is connected to a testimonial, any testimonial the Company publishes is disclosed as given by a member who receives the Founder Price.

4A.6 Asking Us to Stop. You may ask the Company to stop using your testimonial or other Media, or your name and likeness, at any time by writing to support@sixsigmaailabs.com. The Company will stop new uses and remove the Media from the website and social media channels it controls within thirty (30) days of your request. A request does not reach uses already made, copies others have shared, or materials already printed or distributed. If you would rather not appear in what the Company publishes from a particular call or event, tell the host or support and you will be left out of it. Withdrawing consent to the use of a testimonial does not end your Founder Price: your Founder Price continues as long as you provide the first video within thirty (30) days of purchase and an updated video each quarter.

4A.7 Personal Data. Personal data in the Media is handled under the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property of the Company

5.1 Company IP. The Service, including all content, kits, guides, playbooks, workflows, methodologies, standard operating procedures, the daily activity system design, training videos, AI instructions, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited license in Section 5.2, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

5.2 Limited License to You. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

5.3 Restrictions. You shall not (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the Service; (c) use the Service to build a competing product; (d) remove or obscure proprietary notices; (e) use automated means to extract or scrape Service content; (f) [Reserved]; (g) share, forward, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute the Service or any part of it to any third party by any means, including email, file sharing services, messaging platforms, cloud storage, or social media; (h) remove, alter, or obscure any attribution or copyright notice carried in the files; or (i) use the Service beyond your own business, on behalf of clients, agencies, or third-party businesses, without a separate commercial license from the Company, which you may ask us about at support@sixsigmaailabs.com.

5.3A Additional Restrictions (Methodology Protection). In addition to Section 5.3, you shall not (a) attempt to discover, extract, or replicate the underlying ideas, algorithms, methodologies, prompt architectures, or operating frameworks of the Service by any means, whether technical or observational; (b) access or use the Service to monitor, benchmark, or evaluate it for competitive purposes, or on behalf of any person or entity that offers or plans to offer a competing service; (c) during your subscription and for twelve (12) months after, solicit for employment or engagement any Company employee or contractor whom you identified through your use of the Service, for the purpose of building a competing or substantially similar product. Clause (c) does not restrict general job postings not targeted at Company personnel.

5.3B Identification and Traceability. Every delivery is recorded in the Company's Delivery Record on the day it is made, with your full name, the Membership delivered, the date, and a unique Member ID in the format SSAL-YYYY-NNNN, drawn from a counter that is read at the moment the entry is written and never reset or reused. Where a delivery is made as an archive rather than as shared drive access, the record also holds the file name of that archive and its SHA-256 digital hash, so that a copy found in circulation can be compared against what was sent.

Your Member ID travels with your delivery. It is part of the name of your Workspace and is written on its own line in your My Setup Answers file in your Workspace, the file that holds your setup answers and your own rules and that no update ever replaces. Where files are delivered to you as documents, it is also embedded in the document properties of those files, as a property named KitID and in the description field of those properties.

Misrepresenting, disguising, or otherwise attempting to break the link between your delivery and your Member ID is a material breach of these Terms and may be evidence of intentional infringement under applicable copyright law. This includes renaming your Workspace to remove the Member ID, removing or altering the identification line in your My Setup Answers file, and removing or altering the Member ID embedded in document properties.

Carve-out for official updates. When the Company replaces Core Instructions in your Library during an update, nothing in your Workspace is touched, so your My Setup Answers file and the identification line in it stay in place.

5.4 Feedback. If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, the Company may use them without obligation to you. You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to such feedback.

5.5 Copyright and Enforcement. The Service is protected by United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. Section 101 and following), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, trade secret law, and applicable international intellectual property treaties and conventions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material can carry civil liability of up to $150,000 per work infringed for willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. Section 504(c)(2), and criminal penalties of up to five years imprisonment and fines of up to $250,000 under 17 U.S.C. Section 506 and 18 U.S.C. Section 2319. Where infringement is willful and commercial, the Company may refer the matter to the United States Department of Justice and other appropriate law enforcement agencies. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

5.6 Your Responsibility for Your Files, and Reporting. You are responsible for all use of the files delivered to you under your Membership, whether or not you authorized that use. A claim that the files were shared without your consent does not by itself relieve you of that responsibility. If you become aware that your files have been accessed, copied, or distributed by anyone not permitted to, you must tell the Company immediately at support@sixsigmaailabs.com. Failing to report unauthorized use that you know about may be treated as evidence that you took part in it.

6. AI-Generated Content and Use of Artificial Intelligence

6.1 AI Components. The Service consists of files and instructions that you run inside your own Claude account. Claude and any other artificial intelligence you use with the Service (collectively, "AI Components") generate text, plans, recommendations and other output (collectively, "AI Output").

6.2 No Guarantees on AI Output.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AI OUTPUT IS PROBABILISTIC AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR BIASES. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, SUITABILITY, OR FITNESS OF AI OUTPUT FOR ANY PURPOSE. AI OUTPUT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, TAX, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION.

6.3 Your Responsibility to Review. You are solely responsible for (a) reviewing all AI Output before relying on or using it; (b) verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of AI Output for your specific circumstances; (c) consulting qualified professionals for legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice; and (d) all decisions and actions you take based on AI Output.

6.4 No Liability for AI Output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company has no liability for any decision you make, action you take, or outcome you experience based on AI Output. You assume all risk associated with your use of AI Output.

6.5 Your Claude Account. You buy your Claude account directly from Anthropic, and AI Output is generated under that account. What you enter into Claude is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy for your account. The Company is not a party to that relationship and never receives, stores or has access to your Claude conversations. The Company does not control Anthropic and makes no promises on its behalf. Prohibited uses under Anthropic's policies are also prohibited under these Terms.

6.6 Do Not Submit Sensitive Data. Do not enter into Claude or any other AI Component any information that you are legally or contractually prohibited from sharing with third parties, including but not limited to protected health information, classified information, or information subject to a confidentiality obligation that does not permit processing by AI providers.

6.7 The Company's Use of AI. The Company's personnel use Claude, in the Company's own account, to prepare for your calls, to review transcripts under Section 3.1(d) and your Feedback Log, to read the de-identified learning records described in Section 3.1(d), and to answer support requests. What the Company enters into its own Claude account is governed by Anthropic's terms for the Company's account. The Company will not enter your sensitive personal information, including health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers or information about a protected characteristic, into any AI tool without your consent. The Company's use of AI is advisory, and no automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; (b) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's Library or Workspace or to the Company's Google Workspace; (d) harass, threaten, or defame any person; (e) engage in spam, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activity; (f) generate or distribute content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or incites violence; (g) interfere with or disrupt the Service or the systems the Company uses to deliver it; (h) use the Service for the development, training, or testing of a competing AI product; or (i) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7.2 Enforcement. We may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access for violation of this Section, in addition to pursuing other available remedies.

7A. Referral Program (Refer a Friend). Members may be offered referral rewards from time to time under terms we publish when the offer is made. Rewards are earned only on customers personally and directly referred. No compensation of any kind is paid on another participant's referrals or recruiting activity, and the program has no multi-level structure. Partners who promote the Service must disclose their material connection to the Company as required by the FTC Guides.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Integrations. The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (the Claude models the Service runs on, through your own Claude account, and the Company's own Claude account used under Section 6.7), Google Workspace (the shared drives that hold your Library and Workspace), Zoom (support and group calls, and their recordings under Section 3.1(d)), the member community platform, SendGrid (email delivery), and Netlify (web hosting). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8.2 No Responsibility for Third Parties. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Availability of third-party services may change.

9. Communications

9.1 Required Communications. By subscribing, you consent to receive transactional communications from the Company (including billing receipts, service notifications, security alerts, and policy updates) at the email address you gave at signup.

9.2 Marketing Communications. You may receive marketing communications from the Company unless you opt out. Opt-out instructions are included in every marketing email.

10. Changes to the Service and These Terms

10.1 Service Changes. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

10.2 Changes to These Terms. We may change these Terms by posting the updated version on our website with a new Last Updated date. It is your responsibility to review them. A copy is available on request at support@sixsigmaailabs.com. Your continued use of the Service after the Last Updated date means you accept the updated Terms. A change to these Terms never changes the price of an existing active membership for the same service. If a change is material, we will also send a short email to the email address you gave at signup letting you know the Terms have changed. Changes to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy take effect as those policies describe.

11. Term and Termination

11.1 Term. These Terms take effect when you accept them and continue until your subscription terminates.

11.2 Termination by You. You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 3.5.

11.3 Termination by Us. The Company may terminate or suspend your access with or without notice if (a) you breach these Terms; (b) a payment fails and is not fixed (Section 3.7); (c) your use of the Service creates legal, operational, or security risk; or (d) the Company discontinues the Service. A member whose Membership is terminated for breach under this Section may not rejoin, under this or any other account, without the Company's written consent.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends and access to the Library and your Workspace is removed (Section 3.6A). Copy your own business work out of your Workspace before access ends; the Company does not package, export or send a copy of anything. Thirty (30) days after your membership ends, the Company deletes both drives it created for you, your Library and your Workspace, and everything in them. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3.6A (Delivery), 3.10 (Seats Given at No Charge), 4 (Your Content), 4A (Testimonials and Media), 5 (Company IP), 6 (AI), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 15 (Dispute Resolution), and 16 (General Provisions)) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 AS-IS BASIS.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

12.2 No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, subscriber growth, or other result. Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your effort, execution, market conditions, and industry. The money-back guarantee in Section 3.6 is a promise about refunds, not about results.

12.3 No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service. The Service may experience downtime, errors, or data loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Exclusion of Indirect Damages.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SUBSCRIBERS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13.2 Cap on Direct Damages.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

13.3 Essential Basis. The limitations in this Section 13 apply regardless of the form of action and even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations; the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the law of your country does not let us exclude, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where they apply to you.

14. Indemnification

14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (e) any unauthorized use or distribution of the files delivered to you under your Membership, whether or not you authorized it.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at support@sixsigmaailabs.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any dispute for at least thirty (30) days before formal action.

15.2 Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and the Company agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or under its Commercial Arbitration Rules where you buy for a business and the Consumer Arbitration Rules do not apply. The arbitration shall be conducted in Phoenix, Arizona, or by video, by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in the courts located in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and buy as a consumer, this arbitration agreement and the class action waiver in Section 15.3 do not apply to you, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country.

15.3 Class Action Waiver.

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS AND MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY REQUESTING RELIEF.

Nothing in this Section waives a claim for public injunctive relief where the law does not allow that waiver; such a claim is brought in court and stayed until the arbitration ends.

15.4 Exceptions, Injunctive Relief, and Legal Fees. Nothing in this Section prevents either Party from (a) seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property; or (b) bringing claims in small-claims court (if the claim qualifies). You acknowledge that breach of Sections 5.3, 5.3A, 5.3B, or 7 would cause the Company irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that the Company is entitled to seek specific remedies including temporary restraining orders, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, and specific performance, in any court of competent jurisdiction, without the requirement to post bond and without proof of actual damages, in addition to any other available remedy. In any proceeding arising under these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non-prevailing party. This applies to both Parties equally.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 15, venue for anything that goes to court lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that you may bring a small claims case in the small claims court of your own county, and if the law of your state does not allow a venue clause to be enforced against you, you may sue in your home state.

16.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any order form or product-specific terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service. The Kit License Agreement and Terms of Use, which was previously delivered alongside the Service, is superseded by these Terms as of Version 2.8, and its terms are carried into these Terms. A delivery made before Version 2.8 remains bound by the version of the Kit License Agreement and Terms of Use that went out with it.

16.3 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16.4 No Waiver. The failure of the Company to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

16.5 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.6 Notices. Notices to you will be sent to the email address you gave at signup. Notices to the Company shall be sent by email only, to support@sixsigmaailabs.com.

16.7 Force Majeure. Neither Party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, internet outages, or acts of third parties.

16.8 Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

16.9 No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
