The Proof Lanes

One system. Three public proofs.

Live, ongoing, and open to read. Two lanes run before the outcome is known, and the third keeps the finished work on the record.

Six Sigma AI Labs  /  Results publish weekly at the ledger

A method proven once, in one place, is an anecdote. So we prove ours three ways at the same time, in our own company, in the customers who choose to document their results, and in the engagements that are finished and on the record.

We sell through documentation. Sharing real results in real time, before we know how they end, is what builds trust. Lane 1 runs today. Lane 2 grows as customers opt in. Lane 3 begins with the City of Mesa engagement. Each one is documented the same way, in public, week by week, at the public ledger.

Lane 1 Active

We run on it ourselves

The operating brain runs this company. Every department, every day, with Claude as the intelligence and people leading it. The record is public and it updates weekly. The same system runs our own growth across Arizona, on LinkedIn, on Facebook, on the other platforms where people gather, and in person at networking tables.

What it proves
A whole company can run this way, every task and every department, not just a demo.
How it is measured
Every task, hour, and dollar equivalent, logged and updated weekly.

Lane 2 Building

Documented customers

Paying customers who opt in to close documentation in exchange for extra support. We publish what they do and what it produces, with their consent, and we genericize the details they would rather keep private. The cohort is described honestly, so you always know how many businesses the numbers came from.

What it proves
The system works in businesses that are not ours, run by owners who are not us.
How it is measured
Results published with consent, genericized on request, with the cohort stated plainly.
Lane 3 First case study underway

Completed proof

A finished engagement does not disappear when it ends. It becomes a permanent case study, written once the outcome is known and left on the record for anyone to read. The first one is the City of Mesa engagement.

What it proves
The system holds from the first day of an engagement to the last, inside a public institution as well as a private business.
How it is measured
One case study for every completed engagement, published after the work is finished.
