The Methodology

We do not sell a method. We run our company on it, in public.

The proof is not a promise. It is an operating record anyone can open and check.

Six Sigma AI Labs  /  How the company runs itself

Our system runs the company. Claude is the AI tool we recommend. The system is the method, the human guidance, and the relationships that make it work in a real business.

Most companies describe their methodology in a brochure. We would rather show you the one we actually live in. Every part of it below is in use today, and the results it produces are logged in a public ledger, updated weekly. Nothing on this page is theory.

Part One

A company where every decision has an owner.

The company operates through a decision architecture of 38 defined roles across 8 departments, from the executive level down to every working function a business needs. The roles are named by function, not by person, so the same structure fits a law firm, a real estate company, a coaching business, or a software startup.

Claude does the work of those roles. People lead it. And every decision any role makes is written down in that role's own decision log, with the decision, the rationale, and the date. A decision ownership matrix maps every category of business decision, more than 50 of them, to the role that owns it. An activation record tracks which roles have made their first real decision.

Every decision has an owner. Every owner has a log. Every log has a record.

That one rule is what makes the company auditable. Most businesses can point to decisions they made. Few can tell you who made them, why, or what happened next. We can, for every one.

Part Two

The company audits itself every 30 days.

Every 30 days the full workspace, every document, folder, and rule the company runs on, is audited against seven standing questions. The audit produces a ranked action plan, and the next audit checks whether that plan was completed. The same seven questions are asked every time.

01
ConflictsAre there conflicts, such as duplicates, contradictory procedures, misplaced files, or rule violations?
02
OrganizationCan this be better organized, in folder structure, naming, and gaps in the structure itself?
03
EfficiencyWhere can efficiency improve, from versioning clutter and orphan files to workflow friction and missing automation?
04
Stage completenessWhat is missing for a startup at this stage, across legal, HR, finance, operations, customer success, and metrics?
05
Growth readinessWhat is missing for rapid growth, such as operating cadence, hiring plan, fundraising pipeline, press kit, and partnerships?
06
RemovalWhat should be deleted, from system files and orphaned locks to superseded versions and brand violations?
07
Blind spotsWhat is the founder not thinking about? Sustainability, security, data ownership, key-person risk, insurance, intellectual property, platform dependencies, and the audit-readiness of every public number.

The seventh question matters most. A methodology that only inspects what you already worry about is a checklist. One that goes looking for what you have not thought of yet is a discipline.

Part Three

The results are proven in public, three ways at once.

A method proven once, in one place, is an anecdote. So the company runs three simultaneous public proof lanes and publishes what each one produces as the work happens. Lane 1 is the company itself, running on the system every day. Lane 2 is the paying customers who opt in to document their results. Lane 3 turns finished engagements into permanent case studies, beginning with the City of Mesa.

These are not curated case studies. They are the system working in real time, documented transparently, with results published weekly to the public ledger.

Why It Is Built This Way

Documentation is the sales force.

We sell through documentation. Sharing real results in real time, wins and misses alike, is what builds trust, and trust is what grows a business. That is why the ledger is public, why the audit repeats every 30 days, and why every decision carries its rationale with it.

Our system runs the company. Claude is the AI tool we recommend. The method, the guidance, and the relationships are ours. We bring businesses to Claude, show them how to run their company with it, and stay for the relationship.
